When I got in touch with Fred Kofman’s concept, in a training programme many
years ago, it immediately resonated with me. I completely identify with the idea that we should focus on the things we can do something about. Or, as a colleague once told me: “You can control, what you can control”. Hope you like it too.

My interest and studies about cross-cultural/intercultural competence led me to take a course on Cultural Intelligence (CQ). A person with high CQ has the ability to thrive in multi-cultural environments. One of the most interesting concepts shared in the course  is the one you can see in this video: The Core & The Flex.
