In our sessions, you will reflect on what you value, what is important to you and will identify your unique strengths/skills. You will also understand the obstacles to the change and find ways to overcome these. If you are not sure what direction to take, the next step will be to match your insights with the potential alternatives for your new career. If you are already clear about the area you intend to work, we may focus on defining your ‘new professional self’ and draft an action plan to move towards your new career. You can also use psychometric tests to get a deeper understanding on your personal style and the impact you have on others.
