
The target group of these sessions are the professionals, experienced or not, who have recently joined a new company.
” I have joined a new company and would like my transition to happen fast and effectively. I want to build strong relationships with my new boss, team and colleagues. It is important that I adapt quickly and display my personal style and quality of my work. My goal is to cause positive impact and contribute to the organisation growth in a short period of time.”
Objectives of these sessions can be:
- Reflect about the culture of the new organisation and the best ways to operate in the new working environment.
- Understand how the principles and values of the new company align with the new joiner’s own values.
- Explore the new joiner’s main aspirations and goals and what kind of impact he/she would like to cause.
- Map the key stakeholders in the organisation and identify the best strategies to communicate, influence and build solid relationships with the new colleagues.
- Create a space to discuss the emotional ‘highs and lows’ that are so common in a transition to a new organisation. Identify strategies to deal with these emotions.
- Explore the context and identify the priority areas/projects, including the definition of a short-term action plan.
