The target group of these sessions are the professionals who are taking over managerial/leadership roles for the first time in their careers.

Some of the objectives of this work are:

• Reflect about your personality traits and values and how these can be applied in your new leadership role. Answer the question: Which kind of leader I want to be?
• Explore the behaviours and skills you already display and the ones you will have to adopt to manage your team effectively. Develop your emotional intelligence.
• Identify the individual style of your staff and introduce techniques and approaches to get the best of each person in the team.
• Understand the organisation dynamic and how it impacts your area/team. Communicate your vision and influence the team so that they are aligned with the common goals and can add value to ‘the whole’.
• Identify strategies to build healthy relationships and influence key stakeholders.
• Create an action plan for the short/long term. In parallel identify priorities and quick wins for your area.
